How is the student enrolment process carried out?
The family sends the application from the enrolment form on your website, on a phone or a computer, and signs the documents in the app. The office reviews it in the CRM and, once it is confirmed, completes the student's registration with the same data.
How is student attendance tracked?
Teachers take the register from a phone or a computer, families get an alert as soon as an absence is recorded, and management sees up-to-date attendance reports.
How are billing and payments managed?
You set each student's fees and services once, and Edena issues the invoices every month with their Verifactu record. Families pay by SEPA direct debit, bank transfer or card, and unpaid bills stay in view with automatic reminders.
What is Verifactu?
Verifactu is the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) system under which invoicing software automatically sends the AEAT a record of every invoice it issues (Royal Decree 1007/2023 and Order HAC/1177/2024). Edena is Verifactu-ready: it generates and chains those records, sends them to the AEAT and prints the tax QR code on every invoice. The AEAT does not certify software: compliance is attested by the producer's responsible declaration (declaración responsable), available at edena.es/en/verifactu.

Yes, you can set up automatic billing cycles for recurring fees and additional services.
How does Edena handle late payments?
The system sends automatic reminders and allows real-time tracking of outstanding payments.
What can families do in their dashboard?
From the app or the portal, each family checks their children's marks and attendance, pays bills, signs them up for extracurricular activities, signs authorisations and messages the school.
Is it possible to manage multiple schools at once?
